The Liberty Information Management Solutions is
computer software designed to provide easy management of office documents
and files including monochrome and color images, COLD, word processing
files, or any other types of electronic files. The object-oriented structure
of the system allows new types of documents to be easily added to the
system.
LibertyNET's NETCommunicate provides many features
to web-enable a document management system.
- Documents can be searched on the Internet via
pre-defined document requests.
- The web server allows multiple clients to access
multiple data repositories.
- Documents are parsed on the web using standard
XML data styled by XSL.
- The Account object provides easy integration
of e-commerce features.
- This provides a browser and platform independent
solution on the client side.
- With the integration of LibertyNET security
certificate, it offers secure sales of information and secure process
of charges over the Internet via the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) and built-in
LibertyNET security features. A server security certificate can be purchased
from a SSL ID provider.
- Documents, folders and document requests
can be added into a catalog with per document or per page charges or
subscription charge. The charge can be applied based on the document
and/or the user. The document access can be also obtained through the
use of a subscription.
